The individuals that make up The Intuitive Group deliver outstanding service to its customers as well as participate in a comprehensive training program in sales, leadership, and management. Matt Sileno, the President, believes that in order for someone to become successful in anything that they choose, one must always focus on personal development. The Intuitive Group emphasizes the importance of constant growth and becoming a better version of one’s self throughout its management training program.


The management training program consists of 4 phases:


Phase 1: Account Executive

Phase 2: Leadership

Phase 3: Assistant Manager

Phase 4: Campaign Manager


In Phase 1, an individual will learn a unique and effective sales approach while displaying the highest levels of integrity for their customer and the client. This individual will be trained on proper territory management within the Northern Virginia/DC market and will consult customers in a better direction for their telecom or office supply ordering needs. In all phases, this phase, as well as all of the others, a great student mentality is crucial for success.


Phase 2 is where encompasses a majority of the self development process starts. In this phase, a leader will learn and implement many skills such as organization, listening skills, patience and how to be a great coach. A leader will have the responsibility to train and develop entry level Account Executives, all while growing and developing themselves. At this Phase, the leader is also introduced to the interviewing process of the company. Phase 2 requires a great work ethic as well as the ability to persevere and to be solution-oriented.


Assistant Management is the 3rd Phase in which an individual will put all of the Leadership and Management training they have received to use. An Assistant Manager with The Intuitive Group will learn exactly how to run a successful sales and marketing firm on behalf of a Fortune 50, 100, and 500 client. This individual will be assisting in running effective meetings and module training sessions in order to continue the growth of the organization. The Assistant Manager will also learn such skills as conference call etiquette, territory management, payroll, budgeting and how to conduct a great interview, and many more. Self development does not stop here. The Intuitive Group constantly consistently emphasizes the importance of personal growth in order to continue to climb the latter to reach ones goals.


The 4th Phase of the management training program is Campaign Manager. An individual whom earns this promotion will be responsible for managing and operating one of the new firms in which The Intuitive Group will open on behalf of one of its major clients. This individual, with the guidance and coaching of company President Matt Sileno, will be responsible for the hiring process, territory management, running meetings, participating and performing conference calls, overseeing a sales force of between 20 and to 40 representatives, and for being the example of our organization.
